How JWR verifies a world record

A record reaches the public registry only after evidence review, independent scrutiny and a documented institutional decision.

JWR assesses a proposed record against a defined claim, an identified holder and evidence relevant to both the achievement and its claimed superiority or precedence.

Researchers evaluate source authority, independence and scope. Jewish eligibility is reviewed through a separate protected evidence track; the public registry reports the outcome without exposing private eligibility material.

Publication is a distinct human decision. A record must pass verification and production checks, receive a permanent Record ID and satisfy media-rights requirements before it can appear publicly.

After publication, corrections and lifecycle changes are recorded in the public history rather than silently replacing the institutional record.
